Project turnaround times vary depending on the nature and scope of the work. For most residential projects, we typically deliver structural plans within three weeks from receipt of all required information and payment.

Yes. We charge a $250 site visit fee for projects located in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas.

This fee covers travel time, field review, and an on-site consultation to properly assess existing conditions. For projects outside these areas, site visit fees may vary depending on location.

We do not offer in-house permit expediting services. However, we work closely with several experienced and reliable permit runners and are happy to provide referrals upon request.

Our structural plans are prepared to meet jurisdictional requirements, which helps streamline the review process.

Plan check corrections issued by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) are included in our original fee.

However, if corrections require substantial redesign due to zoning changes, scope modifications, or new project requirements beyond the original agreement, a change order may be issued depending on the extent of the revisions. We always communicate this clearly before proceeding.
